LOE:                   Full time   Company Description: The Civil Society Scaling-Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN) is a non-governmental, non-profit making coalition, made up of organizations with a shared vision to transform Nigeria into a country where every citizen has food and is nutrition secure. CS-SUNN pursues this lofty goal by engaging and mobilizing Government and Non-state actors to advocate for relevant policy implementation, raise awareness, generate evidence, build capacity, and stimulate communities to scale up nutrition in Nigeria, with a special focus on maternal and child nutrition.

Job Description:
CS-SUNN seeks a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
·         Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting. ·         Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. ·         Manage the financial planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. ·         Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including financial statements, budget variance analysis, and cash flow projections and all donor reporting requirements. ·         Manage the organization's cash flow and ensure adequate funding is available to meet operational needs. ·         Collaborate with program teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall program objectives. ·         Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement and develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. ·         Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers. ·         Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued professional development. Requirements and Qualification: ·         Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA), A Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience and four years in a managerial position ·         Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and budgeting. ·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. ·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. ·         Skills in procurement, budgeting and donor reporting. ·         Proficiency in the use of SAGE 50, Excel and Quickbooks and other accounting software. ·         Experience working with non-profit organizations and knowledge of donor regulations. ·         Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
